I had never dealt with anything like buying or selling a home. Tammy had handled the sale to my parents and they raved about her so I thought 'Who better to sell it again?' I dreaded how long this was going to take. The property is in a VERY small community. I thought it would take MONTHS...Tammy sold it two hours after officially listing it. The poor gal didn't even have enough time to stick a sign in the yard. She walked me step by step through the process and advised me on what needed to be done.
